Santa's Village Azoosment Park - Questions & Answers

To assist in planning your visit to the park, here are some common questions that we receive.

Q What days and hours are you are open, May through October?

A Please click here for complete operating schedule of dates and times- Tuesday through Friday, 10AM to 5PM, Saturdays before Labor Day, 11AM to 7PM/after to 6PM and Sundays and Holidays, 11AM to 6PM. Please note the park is closed on Mondays except for holidays.

Q What is the cost for a general admission to the park?

A Everyone age 3 and over is $18.75 plus tax per person. Children 2 and under are FREE. Click here for more information.

Q What is the senior discount requirement age?

A Age 65, admission may not be combined with other discounts or coupon offers.

Q Do you have a military admission discount?

A Yes, an active military ID card must be presented to receive the discounted admission and is only for that individual, not extended to family or group members.

Q What if I come to the park late in the day, is there a discounted admission price?

A Yes, 2 hours prior to closing time, the discounted admission is $11.00 plus tax per person. Click here for more information.

Q Will I be able to leave the park and come back in?

A Yes, as long as you have your wristband on to present at the door for reentry.

Q What kinds of food and beverages do you serve in the park?

A The park offers a wide variety of a taste tempting treats, food and beverage items. From ice cream cones, cotton candy and funnel cakes, to beer, burgers and pizza in Reindeer Ridge Grill, plus many other food stands, there is something on the menu to please everyone.

Q Can I bring in a lunch or a cooler?

A Yes, upholding a long tradition of being an affordable family attraction, small coolers and picnic baskets are always welcome!

Q How much is parking?

A Parking is FREE!

Q Can we reserve picnic tables?

A Sorry, they are on a first come first serve basis.

Q Do you rent wheelchairs or motorized carts?

A Yes we do rent wheelchairs.

Q Do you rent strollers or wagons?

A Yes, wagon rental is $7.00 per wagon, per day. We ask for a photo ID to secure the rental.

Q Are there any restrictions for a (Family) Season Pass for 4 people?

A No restrictions and you do not have to be a “family”. All passes are issued to individuals and feature the individual’s picture ID on them. Passes are non-transferrable.

Q I have Caribou Cash to spend in the park, what can I use it for?

A Virtually on anything! Caribou Cash is our own in park currency and can be spent on, food and beverage items (excluding alcohol), game tokens, gift shop merchandise and souvenirs. Please note that Caribous Cash expires at the end of each park season.

Q I ordered a season pass, but have not received it yet, what should I do?

A Upon your arrival to the park, please go to the "Will Call" window and they will have a copy for you.

Q Do you offer discounted rates for my group or school?

A Yes, we are a popular destination for many group outings, ideal for schools, day cares, churches, scouts and many others. Discounted rates start with 20 or more persons, with advance reservation. Q Are you affiliated with Paintball Explosion?
